Gyaru style: My favourite gyaru models.

Hello!

So today my fellow course mates and I were discussing about a person and they were saying she looks like she was cosplaying on a daily basis. I for one was familiar with that style which was Gyaru style, for those of you who don't know what is Gyaru it is basically is a gal style and is commonly seen with circle lenses, thick false eyelashes and very nicely set hair.

After that discussion it brought me back to my high school years, when I was form 2 I started to really get into the gyaru scene and at that time the only name I knew was Tsubasa Masuwaka.
Image from google.

Over the years her look toned down a little and I think she looks ultra gorgeous now. She was great before but now ~Swoon~

She has her own make up line called 'Dolly Wink' the products are great I love her eyeliner and lashes!

The second model I liked was Kumiko Funayama,

Gahhh she is also perfection! She was the cover model of Popteen magazine after Tsubasa who was also a popteen model. Actually all the gyaru models I like are from Popteen. I just love their models concept/styles.

Third model I loved, I think she is my favourite out of the lot is~~~~ Izuoka Misaki!

Image from google. She is the one with short hair.
Just something about her struck a cord in me hahahahaha. She is seriously great ahhh.
From her facebook page.
One of her more recent photos, she still looks as gorgeous as ever!

And that brings me to the last model I liked before I kind off stop checking out the gyaru scene is Shiina Hikari! I can't believe she's a year older than me!

With her signature hairstyle. I think she was the only model that I kind off wanted to be like but looks like I failed hahahah!

Currently I still enjoy looking at these styles but probably won't follow it anymore because I know my face can't suit it. Ahh my youth~

Review: {Tony Moly} AC Control Toner

Hello!

I'm going to talk about one of the products that I'm using, the first time I ever tried this was from a sample I got when someone visited a tony moly store and gave it to me to try. I like it so much that I went ahead and purchased the full sized product, after I used it and finish my first bottle finish I went ahead and got another one whilst I was in Korea. I use this daily in my skin care regime and have been loving it so far!

Let's look at the product,

This is how the packaging looks like. The box is quite shiny and it's a really simple design.

At the back of the product it has the information, direction and cautions.

One of the side of the box, it's in korean so I can't really translate.

The other side of the box with the ingredients list.

Close up of the ingredients because I'm too lazy to type it all out hehehe.

Top of the box has the brand name and the product name in hangeul.

The bottle like the box is a clean blue colour and you can easily see how much product is left.

The back of the bottle once again has the name in hangeul and how much product it is and the products lifespan after opening.

It comes with a pump dispenser which I love because it's super convenient!

This is the old bottle design of the product. I recently just finished it. I also realized that the old packaging had less content than the new packaging!

It still has the same pump dispenser just that the old one is blue and the new one is white.

I usually pump it 3-4 times onto the cotton pad when I apply at night to remove all the excess makeup/dirt from my skin. In the morning I pump it straight to my hands.

This is the cotton after I used it on my face. On this particular day I didn't use any makeup but when I do I can still see the cotton has a tiny bit of brown colour so I know it really helps clear my face one more time. My skin doesn't feel tight or any discomfort whenever I use this product so I'm rather happy with it!

What Tony Moly says:
Image taken from their website~

PROS:
- Makes my skin feel fresh after using.
- Skin feels soft and not dry after using.
- Smells good! At least to me it does.
- Helps with the prevention of acne.

CONS:
- I don't really have complaints for this product.

Overall Rating:
5/5, it does make my skin feel hydrated and fresh like it claims so thumbs up from me!

Repurchase?:
Already repurchased once and might repurchase again, but after this bottle I feel like trying the laniege toner.

So overall I do like it and would recommend people who have a mild acne problem to try it out but then again what works for me might not work for you so maybe you could try a sample before buying the full product like I did!

Another plus point is B1A4 started endorsing Tony Moly so that makes me want to check out Tony Moly even more hehehehe.

It's already mid January?!

Hey everyone!

Oh gosh time really flies doesn't it. I just wanted to stop by and make a promise with myself and you all to at least blog a little more.

I recently look back at my post and realised I should blog more so that I don't forget about special events or even products that I loved hahahaha.

Like every new year people will do a resolution post right? So here's mine!

1) Blog at least 4 times a month.

2) Lose 5 kg. Not aiming big because we all know how that goes.

3) Stick to my skin care regime and don't be lazy with my skin!

4) Put more effort into dressing up and looking good.

5) Save money for the things on my wishlist which I will blog about soon... hopefully.

6) Travel more! I recently came back from Korea and I'm already itching to go back!

7) Study hard to get into my colleges Dean's List!

8) Procrastinate less so that I don't stress about assignments at the last minute. Heh.

9) Keep track of my spending and not buy useless stuff.

10) Try... just try to eat a little more healthier.

So that's all for now. See you all soon (:
